Q: I will try and make a very long and terrible story short.
I signed up for their white label website builder program...which is where my troubles started. Communication is very up and down..they reply every now and then but not consistently. The website builder has a lot of bugs. Honestly, they should not even have a website builder reseller program. The core website builder functionality is broken and the reseller program functions are even worse. But lets put all that to the side to address why I decided to leave this review (I NEVER leave reviews). I was fed up and decided to go to PayPal to escalate it and try and get my money back. They told me they don't do refunds because of the terms and conditions I signed. Well, I went back to read those and guess what...the page COULD NOT BE FOUND! That's right no terms and conditions. After they threatened me over escalating it, I showed them a screenshot of these blank pages and guess what happened then...magically the link was changed with all these in-depth terms and conditions. These guys are the most FRAUD I have ever seen. Do not use them. And for whoever is reviewing my comment, I can verify any information you need to show in a real customer. If you guys don't post this because you want to be "liked" by this company then it shows a lot of today's businesses. Just disgusting..do not use these guys, please. They sacrificed their entire reputation over a couple of hundred bucks. No integrity what so ever. P.s. I am not spamming this. This review will be posted to anyone who will listen.

I'm sorry, but we do not deserve such offensive words, trying to hurt our reputation. Let's get real. We were really happy to see you joining our reseller program on Dec 24th, 2017. Even happier when you subscribed 2 weeks later. And we were more than cooperative for the 2 months you were subscribed and used our services. Even when you've requested 3 different domains for your White Label for 2 months (which requires a costly wildcard certificate...). Or when you've reported your PayPal transactions BEFORE contacting us for a refund.
We already won one of your claims in PayPal. You are a very confused man that doesn’t even know what payment processor you are using for your own white label and how you receive payments from your own customers. You claim that we “stole” your client’s subscription yet you received it all in Stripe and kept on lying about it in front of PayPal, I really hope that they terminate your account as well.
Our terms and conditions are available on our website https://simvoly.com AND on the subscription page. And they describe our refund policy very well. We are the most non-shady company that you will ever see, our white label is as transparent as it can be, you receive the FULL amount from your customers via your own payment processor and we DO NOT process any money. We do not appreciate being accused of shadiness when we helped you so much at no cost. You had the chance to create a strong online business yet you decided that you want to lie and exploit a transparent and honest business. Shame on you sir.

More lies. And i will answer everyone of these with facts.
1.I paid for the wildcard certificate myself so that point is irrelevant.
2. I didnt say anything about any type of payment in my comment so what are you talking about? You are making up more lies and trying to shift the focus from the real problem.
3. So tell your customers that the white label terms and conditions have always been there? Go ahead..because we have proof that it wasn't and we have sent more evidence to PayPal. Stan you are a fraud and a coward! Making threats because you mad a mistake, instead of admitting that you were just wrong and refunding my money.
