Simvoly is a very solid product for the money undermined by the personalities who created and support it. I encountered quite a bit of arrogance over there, starting at the top and going down to their lower level support people. I have seen others report similar experiences. They are located in Bulgaria. Their english is not the best but I've certainly heard much worse. On more promising notes they are offering new capture pages/funnels. They are good but don't buy into their laughable comparison to a certain funnel builder that is the current industry standard. They are also offering an affiliate program. One would hope they will hire a native english speaker for future sales vids. It is also good that they offer a white label option and just take full control.
I am a beginner when it comes to creating websites but have plunged into it with two tools recently. Simvoly has been the better tool by FAR! The containers are slick and though it took me a little time to stumble around to figure out a few advanced tools, it was super easy to get started. Also, the customer service has been helpful-- they usually respond within an hour or two max and they have helped me as I stumbled through a few features. If only they still offered this deal or a similar discount, I would dump me awkward but next to free personal site --

Okay...perhaps the "tool" is good, but the guy proving the service is a complete "Tool".
I applied my code and had an active website...in the process of changing my "Theme" I deleted the website because it said "start a new one" or "delete all the data" from the old one. Seemed easiest just to start again as the original was the one I set up to trial things and now I was about to get serious.
However, it deleted my Active website and then did not let me activate another website without PAYING AGAIN!!! Okay, no big deal, ill just call support, right?
I dialed in support via the chat and the service I received was astonishingly rude!!! Gave up after 5 mins of absolute petty banter with a guy named "Stan" - have requested a refund.
Perhaps Stan was having a bad day...but I've quit Simvoly and my day just got a whole lot better!
As long as you don't need support, Im sure Simvoly platform will be just fine - but if you do need support - BEWARE...and if you get "Stan" - run for the hills!
