Jun 10, 2026A: Sinosend does not support direct download links. The user must visit the landing page to download the files.
We do this for security and reliability. Standard browser direct links easily fail with large files and cannot restart if your internet drops.
By using our landing page, our system ensures the download is fast, stable, and can automatically resume if it gets disconnected.
We might add direct links for small, single files in the future, but for now, the landing page is required to keep your transfers safe and reliable.

1. My request doesn't involve private account details or billing. Maybe you got confused.
2. Direct links are very helpful despite file size, especially for public files. pCloud and Filelu have had this feature for several years.
