A: Here is exactly what you can customize on Sinosend and how our branding portals work:

1. Download Portal Customization
While we don't have a full drag-and-drop website builder with custom content blocks, you can white-label and heavily customize the file transfer page. You can change:

-Your Logo / Profile Image
-Background Banner
-Your Custom Headline & Message
-Custom CSS Styling (to tweak colors, fonts, and layouts)

Your clients will see your branding front and center when they go to download files. Keep in mind that T1 will have a small Powered By link. T3 and above can include your custom subdomain.

2. Request Portal Customization (For receiving files)
If you want a public-facing page where clients can securely send files to you, you can use our Request Portals.

You can customize:

-Full-Page Background (upload your own image or use a solid color)
-Your Custom Request Message/Instructions
-Custom CSS Styling

3. What we don't support (Subscriptions & Ads)
Please keep in mind that Sinosend is purely a secure file sharing and collection tool. We do not support user subscriptions, membership paywalls.

If you want to charge, right now your best bet is to build that on your own website and after payment is completed, send them the link to your downloadable product.
