Q: Do you have any licence rights ore planned similar?

Wetransfer actually takes them self the right to use our content that they only "transport", for whatever they want or like.

That sound a bit like stealing content.

Do you have similar planes or regulate?

A: That's a really important question, and surprising to hear about weTransfers terms that might suggest broad usage rights over your content – we actually looked into their terms, and couldn't find that particular term however there is some content to suggest confusion around ownership that may grant them a license to improve their service, including using it
for things like machine learning to prevent illegal content.

But lets focus on our service now:- At Sinosend, we keep things simple and clear: Your content is yours, and we don't claim any ownership rights to it.

Our Terms of Use (Section 10: Ownership of Content) explicitly state:

Your Content Is Yours: All files, data, and information you upload remain your property.

Our Access: We will only access, transfer, or process your files as necessary to provide our Services (e.g., transferring files to recipients).

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and does not violate these Terms of Use.

Think of us as a secure, efficient courier for your files. We're here to deliver them safely and reliably from point A to point B. We don't peek, we don't use your data for advertising, and we certainly don't train any AI models with your files. Your privacy and the security of your data are paramount to us. Unless we're legally compelled by a valid legal process, no Sinosend employee can access your data, and even then, it's under very strict protocols outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We hope this clarifies things and gives you peace of mind! Let us know if you have any more questions.

"At Sinosend, we keep things simple and clear: Your content is yours, and we don't claim any ownership rights to it." That's all I would like to hear! :) Machine learning to prevent illegal content is ok, but not "using" the content, for whatever reason.

Your Privacy Policy and Terms of Use link are not working (or at least not from the US), is there any other link or somewhere else we can see this information?
