Q: Email transfers up to 100 recipients vs 150, and 5 members verses 10, is that the only diff between T3 and T4?
1) Are there any other differences between tier 3 and tier 4 other than just those 2 listed features?
2) Also, is there a limit of bandwidth on those tiers? And which teirs might offer unlimited bandwidth, say Tier 3 and up? ... if so, just answer- yes ( ^.^ )/

Yup, you're exactly right! Those are the only differences between Tier 3 and Tier 4.
We don't have a bandwidth limit on any of our tiers (just a fair use policy, of course). The main limits are on storage and individual file size, but those are the same for both Tiers 3 and 4. You'll find unlimited file size on our Tier 7 plan and up.
If you're still on the fence, I'd suggest starting with Tier 3.
