Q: FILE SIZE ISSUE...HELP
Why is it that people who request a file cannot load and send me anything above 88mb. Where do i control the amount they can attched or i can send to them ... Im confuse.. i have tier 3

Great question.
For a file request, there is a little gear icon when you make a request. The default is 100MB (so unsure why they cant send you that). However you can increase it to 100GB.
You will need to create a new transfer. We're making changes as to how this can be edited for existing transfers soon.
Keep in mind that if you allow users to upload 100GB, and if you keep your request link exposed for a long time, users will be allowed to upload and use own your storage.

Got it but Please make it more vivid so we can see it when doing a request or transfer. Its hidden. im having issue with white label..check your email.
