Q: File Storage and Contacta
Is it possible to see the files uploaded? And put them in a structure to use them again or delete them?
How can i generate contacts? is it possible to import contacts?

All files transferred are easily viewable in your dashboard. They are structured in a list, you can forward them or delete them.
When you send a file, your customer contacts are generated automatically, but unfortunately you cant import contacts right now, but that is a great idea! Please do leave feedback,we can built that for you:

I see only the Transfers, not the Files. So i could not send a part or an other mix of Files. It would be nice, if there would be a folder structure to organize the files and select the Files for a Download. Then a new Upload isn't necessary... I see no Contact after sending afile in the Contact List. Feedback makes another Login to Canny necessary. Please notice my feedback over appsumo...

After Refreshing several Times the Contact is there... but there should be the feature to group contacts or give them tags...
Rishi_SinosendPLUSHi there, for the feedback, you're right nobody likes to login to another platform for feedback, but when you are in your dashboard there is a "Suggest a feature" on the bottom left, when you click that you should be auto logged in with your Sinosend account. -- nevertheless I have added your feedback to the board titled: "Import Contacts Add Groups".
Rishi_SinosendPLUSGrouping contacts makes sense, so that you can simply enter the group name instead of typing out all the emails. -- We will work on this, awaiting other feedback as well. Let me know if there is anything else.
