Q: I bought two Tier 8 accounts.

I bought two Tier 8 accounts.

The main thing I need is a way to organize files using folders and subfolders. Here’s an example of how I want it to work:

- Main folder: New Employee Training Videos

and

- Main folder: ALL CLIENTS

- Subfolder1: Booked Clients

-Subfolder2: David Customer

-Subfolder3: Project #1 (files go here)
-Subfolder3: Project #2 (for future jobs)
-Subfolder3: Customer Complaints

I’d also like to add more folders inside ALL CLIENTS main folder, such as:

Employee Site Visits

Customer Showings

Can you confirm if this type of folder setup is possible or coming soon?

Please be advised, this is very important, without this folder feature, I will likely request a refund.

Also, what new features are you working on now?
Do you have a roadmap link I can check?

A: Hearing you loud and clear. It sounds like having a folder structure to organize your files is a top priority for you. I get it—it makes a huge difference in managing client projects and keeping everything tidy.

Unfortunately, you're right, we don't have a traditional folder and subfolder system like the one you described. Our main focus has been on file transfers and requests, and we've put our development efforts into features like Teams and Regions to serve our core user base.

But don't worry, I personally do understand the need for better organization. While we likely won't be building a nested folder system, we are exploring a tagging feature that would let you categorize and group your transfers. It’s a different approach, but it would still help you keep things sorted.

For now, the best way to organize your files on Sinosend is by using the project title within the message when you create a transfer. This allows you to search and find specific projects quickly.

You can check out our public roadmap to see what's in the pipeline. It gives a good overview of what we're working on. Here is a list of items that are completed: https://sinosend.com/roadmap/?status=complete

I understand if you require a refund, totally, no hard feeling, glad we have your input.

It will likely not be within 60 days tbh as we have other higher priority tasks such as
- File previews pdf, video, tiff within the dashboard
- More customizations for Requests, such as editing , deleting etc.
Thereafter we will start tagging, ballpark 4 months out.
