Q: I have 2x Tier 8 accounts... Please help fix these issue... Ill update 5 STAR Review and good feedback from me :)
I’m seeing incorrect Tier 8 limits and a few glitches:
1 – Loading Page Glitch:
When the page first loads, it shows default blue background b4 switching after the loading icon. How can we force it to show only my company image during the entire loading process?
2 – Tier 8 Limits:
Tier 8 should offer unlimited send/receive, unlike Tier 6’s 200 GB cap. My account still shows 2.5 TB send / 100 GB receive.
Please adjust my account to reflect the proper unlimited Tier 8 limits (especially the 100GB to UNLI.)
3 – Unlimited Transfer Expiry:
I can only change expiry for file sends but not for file requests after creation... As a result, requests links still expire and can’t be extended or resized after creation, defeating the “unlimited” feature.
Could you enable editing/extending expiry for existing file requests so they’re truly unlimited?

Edited Oct 6, 2025A: Hi, I wanted to answer when all the fixes are complete, but here is to let you know that:
1) Understood, we will work on not showing the blue background, The page will be white until your custom background is loaded. We cant show your logo image, as we need to fetch it first, that takes time, hence we can show it all at once.
2) T8 allows 3TB storage, so when you send a transfer you can only send up to 3TB or your available storage (which ever is lower) however I know there is a issue with how it displays,we will work on it.
3) For requests the maximum is 100gb per request. Unlimited is only for your transfers. You wouldn't want your requests to upload more than 100GB at one time.
4) Yes, your correct for Requests we need to add the ability to edit existing requests -- this is a work in progress
Above 4 will take about 1-2 weeks.

4 – I set the link to expire after the 1-Year (maximum length that is allowed). Now that I’ve received the expiration notice and the link has expired, what happens to the data? Is it fully deleted from both the sender’s storage and data on the recipient’s side, or is access simply disabled via the link while the original files remain in my account? Please explain the process after expiration.

As mentioned in the Founders notes and previously, data is not deleted, it is disabled. Actually up to now, the system has never deleted anyones data.
However there is a policy in place with expiring links that it will be removed within 60 days after the expiry, unless you change the date, this assures that you need/want the files and prevents abuse of our system.
