Q: I purchased your solution today and have a few questions

1) Do you plan to translate your platform in the near future? My colleagues are all French.
2) I have configured the settings, but the email is not being sent from my domain.
3) The email received with the files to download is in English, when it should have been sent in French.
I would really like to use your solution and not request a refund. Thank you for your answers.

A: I totally understand why your colleagues need a French version. Right now, Sinosend is only in English, which is why everything is showing up that way. The good news is, translations are a top priority for us, and we're aiming to have French available before the end of the year.

Regarding your email domain settings, make sure the email address you're logged in with matches your custom domain. If you need to change your login email, just drop us a line at support@sinosend.com and we can help you with that.

While we're working on the full translation, you can still type out your personalized message in French when you send a transfer, so your colleagues will at least see that on the download page.
