Q: Is a new account needed for this deal?
Hello,
If I signed up for a trial account to test this product and want to get the LTD, can I use the same email account or do I have to create a new email to use when purchasing this deal? Thank you

Yes, a new account email would be required. Or email your trail account email to support@sinosend.com, and let them know you want it removed -- that way you can use your existing email login. (could take couple days to do it that way!)
