A: Let’s clear up exactly how our branding and customization features work so you know what to expect.

1. What does "Brandless" mean?
When our tiers state they are "Brandless," it means that when you and your team log into your main account dashboard, you won't see Sinosend logos everywhere. Instead, it will showcase your own company name and logo (if you upload one) so the backend experience feels entirely yours.

2. Can you change the background colors or images?
Not on the Dashboard, but I think you mean the Download Portal & Request portal (which are public facing) -- You can do this on ALL tiers. The setting you are looking for applies to the public-facing Download Portals and Request Portals (what your clients see).

To customize this, just head to your account Profile > Settings > Customize. From there, you can toggle between your download portal & request portals and adjust the background from our default design to a solid color or even upload your own custom background image.

3. Key Branding Milestones by Tier:
While background customization is available on every tier, here are the major branding upgrades as you move up:

Tier 2 and above: Adds the option to completely turn off the small "Powered by Sinosend" tag on your public download and request portals.

Tier 3 and above: Adds Custom Domain support, allowing you to use your own URL (like share.yourcompany.com) instead of a Sinosend link.

So to answer your question directly: yes, you don't need to wait for Tier 3 just to change the background image or color—you can style your portals on any tier you choose! 🎨
