Q: recipients

What is the difference between unlimited transfers/requests each month vs recipients? You are limited to a number recipients each month but have unlimited interactions with those recipients? Are the recipient numbers per month or total lifetime for the account? For example, can I send/request transfers to up to 50 different people per month or 50 total in the lifetime of the account?

A: Transfers are the actual file transfer you send via our platform.
Recipients are the email address you send them to.
You can add a number of email addresses to each transfer, OR you can grab the link and send the link to your known recipients via email.

You always have unlimited interactions with your recipients, there isn't a limit to the number of times they interact with your files (unless you set a file expiry)

The number of recipients (email address) are only per transfer, there is no restrictions per month or lifetime, (except for the Personal plan) which limits to 30 transfers per month, all the other plans dont this restriction..

So again, for the recipients, they are the number of people you send each transfer to,. The reason why we set a restriction is because we are not intending to spam people with files, these should be known or warm leads you already know who may be expecting these files from you.
