Q: Software Clarification Questions

Hello Support Team,

1.) Great product! Can I integrate your software with my CRM using Zapier alternatives such as Albato, Activepieces, Apix Drive, Boost.scpace and etc. that were or are currently on Appsumo?

2.) What softwares can I integrate your software with currently?

3.) Can I use your software to send and receive documents from clients without them being members of my team?

4.) What is the difference from a team member and a client being invited to documents? Can they preform the same tasks?

5.) Is there a limit to the number of documents I can send and request from clients?

6.) Can your software be used, iframe or embed within clients portals?

1.) & 2.) Unfortunately, right now, we don't have direct third-party integrations with these platforms or any other software. We know, it's a bit of a bummer, but it's definitely something we're exploring. We'd love to hear which integration would make the biggest difference for your workflow and why. Your feedback really helps us prioritize what to build next!

3.) Yes, absolutely! One of the coolest things about Sinosend is that you can effortlessly send and receive files from anyone. Your clients, vendors, customers, or anyone else you need to exchange documents with do not need a Sinosend account to receive or send files to you. They simply get a link via email or directly, and they're good to go!

4.) Great clarification point! Here's the lowdown:
* Team Members: These folks have full access to your Sinosend dashboard. They can create, manage, share, and request files, just like you can. They're part of your organization's Sinosend account.
* Recipients/Clients (non-team members): These are the people you send files to or request files from. They don't get access to your dashboard. For them, Sinosend is a seamless way to receive or upload files via a secure link – no login required on their end! They can't perform tasks like managing your shared files or initiating new transfers from your account.

5.) For our Personal plan, we have a "soft" limit of 30 active transfers/requests at any given time. But here's the cool part: once you move past that, our higher-tier plans offer unlimited transfers and requests within your allocated storage limit (for example, our highest tier offers a generous 3TB of storage!).

6.) We've definitely heard the calls for embedding download or upload portals, and it's something we're actively considering. -- your suggestions are awesome and directly align with some of the ideas on our Feature Roadmap! Update: Regions are now in BETA. Choose where to store your data from EU, US, Dubai & Hong Kong. This should improve your uploads!
