Hi,
I would like to know if we can use your application like pCloud or other storage services such as Icedrive, or if it’s only for sending files.
Also, can we set a password for the recipient to ensure the file isn’t downloaded by the wrong person?
Finally, can your service be used like pCloud—do you have an iOS app for easy access from a phone, or are we required to use your web platform?

Sinosend.com vs. pCloud: We're a file transfer/request and tracking service, not a cloud storage solution like pCloud/Gdrive. Think of us as the secure and professional way to send files, not a place to permanently store and sync them across devices. Our goal is to help you get your important documents to clients and partners, and track who's viewed them. We don't offer the kind of long-term file sync and backup that pCloud and others provide.
Password Protection: Yes, you absolutely can! You can set a password for the recipient to ensure the file isn’t downloaded by the wrong person. It’s a key feature for ensuring secure delivery.
iOS App: Currently, we don't have a native iOS app. The service is designed to be used on our web platform. While the web app is being improved for a better mobile experience, a dedicated app isn't on our immediate roadmap.
