Q: The upload limit 100 MB WHICH IS very small to sharevideos , is there a possibilty toincrease this limit?

Sep 21, 2025A: The great news is, you're looking at the wrong limit.
Sinosend's transfer limits are much larger, starting at 10 GB and going up to unlimited depending on your plan.
I believe you are talking about File Requests? File Requests we have a safety limit by default of 100 MB, We have that in place by default to protect your account from abuse from unwaanted files incase your link is publicly accessible.
The good news is, you can easily change that! Before you create a file request, just click on the little gear icon in the pop-up window. From there, you can adjust the file limit all the way up to 100 GB.

I have another question, can we divide our storage into folders or separate digital rooms so that we can easily have different folders for each customer that contains the relevant data

Rishi_SinosendPLUSHowever you can add a team member. Each team member has their own dashboard. Although it uses shared storage. You can create different emails for different needs. Marketing, sales etc.
