Q: What does this mean - Unlimited transfer expiry? Can we actually set an expiration date
on a file or link or both? I'm really trying to find different ways/features that I can use within my one person business. Thank you.

What it means: "Unlimited transfer expiry" means you can keep a link active for as long as you need. While the maximum setting for a single stretch is 1 year, you can manually extend that link for another year (and continue doing so in perpetuity) before it hits the deadline.
Links vs. Files: The expiration date is set on the LINK, not the file itself.
What happens at expiry: Once the expiration date hits, the link is immediately disabled—meaning no one can view or download it anymore. However, the underlying file stays safe in your storage space.
Storage Cleanup: To keep your storage clean, we hold onto that file for 60 days after the link expires. If the link isn't renewed or the file isn't reused during those 60 days, we assume it's no longer needed and will automatically remove it from your storage.
How you can use this as a one-person business:
This is perfect for client projects! You can send a client their final deliverables and set the link to expire in 30 days. It gives them a clear window to download their files, protects your intellectual property from floating around the internet forever, and ensures your storage automatically cleans itself up down the road.
Best regards,
Thank you. What is the minimum number of days that I can set a link to expire? Can I send a link that allows a client to view only and NOT be able to download the file?
Hi, We have some presets (1 Week - 1 Year)
But we also have a calendar option, this means you can sent it to expire within 15 mins! You can set a specific date and time as well.
Also, we current do not have the option to just VIEW. Both VIEW & DOWNLOAD are both enabled as long as the file remains active. However this is something that has been marked on the roadmap (View Only)
