A: Hi,

1. You cannot send an email from your own domain right now, we send it on behalf of you (similar to WeTransfer and Dropbox Transfer), however unlike weTransfer we have a ReplyTo with your email, so all email replies will be sent back to you you. -- The good news is that soon we will be able to send from your FQDN (fully qualified domain name) if you are on tier 3 or higher.

2. We have no teams (this wasn't advertised nor mentioned in any of the tiers ) -- However the good news is that we do plan on launching teams and are working on it right now.

3. Customer Space <-- Not sure what you mean -- We're a file transfer service, we're not Google Drive or a full Dropbox replacemant, we're more of a weTransfer with perks.

4. If you send a link to someone they can open the file, no password or OTP required.

5. We've disclosed our status in our founders questions which you can read above; in a nutshell we're expanding right now and are profitable since 2023. The reason why we launched on Appsumo was also disclosed in our founders q&a. We're not here to make money per se, at 39.00 for lifetime storage with unlimited downloads/uploads isn't well profitable -- but we have a long enough runway that we treat this as long term marketing spend. -- We also hope that some of our lovely AS customers will referrer us to other customers for future growth.
