I at times need to send and request files from customers. As E-Mail safety is being implemented, it is getting harder and harder to get all the files you need, as file formats are blanket removed by servers.

I currently use sftpCloud (https://appsumo.com/products/sftpcloud/) which works great, but it does require user maintenance, so I figured I would try SinoSend.

At it's core, I like it - But it is not ready for primetime. The User interface is clunky at best. When I added my own domain, it seemed to work, but the setup didn't stay in the UI until after the third time I added it. Likewise, when i sent a file, the sender was support@sinosend.com, and not filemanager@mydomain.com.

You are able to upload your Logo - but the logo doesn't show anywhere - Not on the download page, not on the upload page and not in the email. Speaking of the Download page, any UX designer will certainly need an ambulance after that heart attack.

I hope that SinoSend can get the product polished, and from the roadmap, but until they do, I will be continuing with sharing files using my sftp server.

Not only is this built brilliantly, its also built with integrity and the end user in mind, fantastic and well done.

Great to be able to send large files, as a video producer this is what we have been waiting for, I did use wetransfer, but cancelled my subscription now and bought the 3 tier here as want to grow with this company.

What I would LOVE to see is whitelabel, for us to be able to resell this under our own brand as its such a fantastic product. Thank you thank you !!!

I recently started using SinoSend, and I must say, it’s an amazing tool! It works perfectly as a file-sharing platform, and I found it to be the best alternative to tools like WeTransfer. Let me share my experience and thoughts about this tool.

SinoSend is super simple to use. You can upload your files, choose how long they stay online (1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 1 year, or never expire), and then share them with anyone. It even lets you add a voice note with every file you send, which is a really cool feature. Plus, you can send your files to multiple people at once, saving so much time.

I like to use Sinosend because:
- Fast and Easy to Use: Setting up my domain was super quick. Within minutes, everything was ready to go.
- Amazing deal: I have bought many tools with lifetime deal on AppSumo but I think this one is amazing because lifetime accessibility of bug free software is hard to find. I didn’t find any bugs while using it, which is a big plus which is the first priority to me.
- Fast response: Although I didn't required any help to setup it and because it has no learning curve but want to say on AppSumo they are very active to reply and answers the user queries. I'm using this tool with no doubt.
- Great Features: Features like file expiration options, request a file and adding voice notes make it stand out from other tools.

Right now, SinoSend is very close to being a perfect tool. If they add a complete white-label option, it will easily beat other options in the market. By just adding a few features, like letting users customize everything (including removing the "Powered by SinoSend" text), they can attract a lot more users. These are small things that can be done easily by calling the data dynamically.

If SinoSend offers full white-label functionality, it will become the best tool in its category, no doubt, but without white label option it still amazing.

The team is actively working on some new features, like adding multiple users and teams. These updates will make SinoSend even better and more useful for businesses.

Overall, SinoSend is fast, easy, affordable, and has all the features that anyone would expect from any file sharing tool. It’s a complete tool, and I’m very happy with it. If anyone looking for a file-sharing tool, I highly recommend giving SinoSend a try.

wow...just wow! i was in need of a large file transfer service for my business because i send alot of 4k video and photos out to my clients and this was PERFECT! i got the tier 3 and i really hope this company grows big! we need more large files transfer deals on appsumo

theres alot of things that can be left desired like folders or a mobile app but i am definitely down to wait and grow with the company
