I have been using Sinosend for about a year, and while I was initially satisfied, the speed in Germany was truly disappointing. Recently, the option to change the region was introduced, and I chose EU/Frankfurt. Today, I tested the app with a 5GB file, and the transfer speed exploded – simply fantastic! For me in Germany, Sinosend is now an excellent solution. If the app also becomes GDPR-compliant now, it would be perfect. I have contacted customer service once so far, and in this case, the response arrived within a few minutes. Thank you very much.

Sinosend let me know when the US market gets a decent upload/download speed I will purchase again but right now I can't use it.

Most notably, the file upload screen lacks customization in key areas, which limits the branded experience at a crucial stage of user interaction.
It would also be fantastic to have more language options—or at least the ability to manually edit the interface for translation, making Sinosend even more global-ready.

It's really fantastic as a wetransfer alternative. I wish it had more options, especially white label options. Currently it lets you set up a custom domain with CNAME which is great, but it still shows sinosend in a few places. I also wish I could set a default of giving me links instead of sending emails. I generally find it more convenient and would be better to have that option available.

Thanks for your reply. The whitelabel is solid in most places, but it still shows "Sinosend" in the browser tab name and the meta preview link/favicon when sharing in services like slack and teams. There may be some others but those are the ones I've noticed.

I don't need it to have my branding here. Maybe it could just say something like "Transfer from {Name}" or even "Your Transfer Download" or something.

I bought three Sinosend codes and deliberately and extensively used them before writing my review.
However, having used it for nearly six months, I have not encountered any issues. The only time I had to contact support was to request the activation of my CNAME, and Rishi promptly assisted.

I highly recommend Sinosend.
