Q: 101% Visits Used Error — No Data Showing
Hi, I purchased Tier 1 (20,000 visits/month) last week. Over the past few days, my websites have generated barely 2,000 visits total, yet today I suddenly received a popup saying:
“Important! You have used 101% of your total visits/month. Upgrade your plan to continue collecting traffic data.”
Now all my dashboards are blank with no data showing.
Could you please help clarify what’s going on?

Thanks — that 101%/blank dashboard behavior usually happens when your AppSumo purchase hasn’t been linked to your SiteBehaviour account, so the system treats you as a free/trial user and locks data. Jashan from SiteBehaviour answered another user on July 23, 2025 and said their account might not be linked and that free plan users are seeing a “trial ended” message; he asked affected users to email contact@sitebehaviour.com with their account email so the team can sort it.
