I purchased SiteBehaviour in October and found that heatmaps weren't working. There is a a noice that "we are working on a fix for the heatmaps, expected to release in few days 🙏" above the heatmap. Support at that time confirmed the the fix would be coming soon. It's now been six months with no fix or update from support. Is a fix still on the horizon?

Really wanted to like this product but I’m quite surprised you’re back on here. In January of this year I submit a bunch of tickets via your live chat (the same one that worked previously while your AppSumo deal was live), and never heard back. Ironically, in those messages I mentioned that I had already been waiting for weeks for any support. Also, what new features or even updates have you rolled out since your last launch? I haven’t seen any changes in months. To me this looks like a cash flow problem. How is MRR? Obviously, judging by other recent Sumoling reviews, I’m not the only one. Would love to be corrected on all 3 points.
