I'm interested in your product, possibly from plan 5 onwards.
I've read all the negative reviews, and after many disappointments here on Appsumo, I'm trying to get more information before making a purchase to make a more informed choice.
I'd like a thorough clarification on the features that are actually active, and on the features that are advertised but not active.
Furthermore, given the period at the beginning of the year, during which you have been lacking in support, I would like to know if your financial situation is stable, how many people work in your company, and what your future plans are.
