Q: Reveiw button greyed out

I am unable to reach either Sitebehaviour or Appsumo support. I would like to express my opinion in a review, but I am unable to do so because the review button is grayed out.

I love Sitebehaviour - its such a fabulous tool. The one thing I really would appreciate though is the ability to export reports (Views, Events, Dashboard etc) as PDF and CSV. Do you have any idea when this might be a possibility?

Hi, I purchased Tier 1 (20,000 visits/month) last week. Over the past few days, my websites have generated barely 2,000 visits total, yet today I suddenly received a popup saying: “Important! Hello, I have few questions: 1) I read in your roadmap that the Goals feature has been completed. I also saw the demo, but I couldn’t find where to configure or view the goals, where they are located in the dashboard? 2) Is it possible to disable heatmaps and session replays only for specific websites? 3) Can I exclude or mask certain areas of a website from being recorded or visualised (for example, form fields, chat-bot messages, or other UI elements that may contain personal or sensitive info entered by users)?
