Q: Waiting for support for an answer - Privacy Policy questions
I’ve been waiting for support for more than two weeks. I received the response, “I will get back to you with a complete answer to your request,” but I haven’t heard back since. My question was about what specific information we should include in our privacy policy regarding the use of the Complete Tracking feature, as well as some related questions. Could you please provide me with an answer?

It’s interesting that I haven’t received a response here. I tried contacting SiteBehaviour through the chat to check on the status of a ticket I opened a long time ago. I was told that I would be notified through chat and email, but I still haven’t received any updates. Additionally, the chat button has now disappeared from the site. Is my question really that difficult?
