When will we be able to embed a part of the chart/dashbord/visitor number/ into customers webpage or display it on our own website for all people to se our live statistic?

I bought Tier3 (max 250K visits), and upgraded to Tier4 (max 500K). Now do none of them function. First I got a message about max limit for 250K three months after adding the T4 payment, and now I get max limit warning all the time even after monthly reset. I've sent loads of mail without any answer from SiteBehaviour.
I purchased SiteBehaviour in October and found that heatmaps weren't working. There is a a noice that "we are working on a fix for the heatmaps, expected to release in few days 🙏" above the heatmap. Support at that time confirmed the the fix would be coming soon. It's now been six months with no fix or update from support. Is a fix still on the horizon?
