Q: You’re really back?

Really wanted to like this product but I’m quite surprised you’re back on here. In January of this year I submit a bunch of tickets via your live chat (the same one that worked previously while your AppSumo deal was live), and never heard back. Ironically, in those messages I mentioned that I had already been waiting for weeks for any support.

Also, what new features or even updates have you rolled out since your last launch? I haven’t seen any changes in months. To me this looks like a cash flow problem. How is MRR?

Obviously, judging by other recent Sumoling reviews, I’m not the only one. Would love to be corrected on all 3 points.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in support. We're actively clearing our backlog and have resumed in-app support. Please feel free to ping us in the chat, and we’ll make sure to respond promptly.

Over the past few months, we’ve focused primarily on bug fixes and infrastructure improvements to make our systems more efficient, especially as we continue handling large amounts of data.

We’re working on Workspace 2.0, which is almost finished. This update will allow you to better organize your websites and view combined stats and campaign data all in one screen. I’m attaching a screenshot of the progress so you can get a sneak peek.

Following this update, we’ll be working on Heatmaps and subdomain tracking. We’re redesigning Heatmaps to ensure compatibility across all platforms, which has caused some delays, but we appreciate your patience.
