First of all, I'm going to address their support because I've noticed on the reviews that this is one of the biggest downsides. What I can say is that I've contacted support five times and in every instance they have responded within 24 hours giving me exact instructions on how to do what I need to do and they have been super super helpful so I can assure you that their support has improved. I just hope that this continues and this is not just a campaign support. The app itself is incredible. It works wonders. It tracks everything I needed to track. And honestly, I am so happy that I purchased this app. I just hope that the longevity lasts that they're able to build on that MRR for the longevity of the products but the team seems really good and and while I've only just started using the app, I can attest to it being very good and the support has been great. The only thing I think that could be better is if they had some videos to show you how to actually go through certain processes that would be really helpful. But aside from that if you contact their support they do give you step-by-step instructions on how to do things so I can't complain too much about that since they've addressed everything that I've needed help with, but that is probably the only thing no I think could help a lot of people his video tutorials because video tutorials really really do help. But at the same time as the app develops things change so I can understand why sometimes these are not the most viable option. Thank you to the team for bringing this hat back. I am so happy I got it.
