Nice looking but that's it
The product is visually appealing and fairly well-designed. It provides some insights that you’d typically get from Google Analytics, though fewer in number and with fewer options. However, it’s much easier to use and more accessible. This makes it a decent choice when working with clients—it’s great for showing them data in a simplified way, giving them access to understand user flows and get a glimpse of user behavior.
That said, there’s a significant downside: when I purchased the deal, the website mentioned that the heatmap issue for sites behind Cloudflare or Shopify would be resolved within 2 days. Then, the timeline changed to "a few days," and now it’s been 3 months with no updates. Messages sent via the site’s chat are marked as "seen," but I’ve received no response. That's is unacceptable.
It’s very disappointing that communication is this poor, especially since the product showed promise early on. Unfortunately, this lack of responsiveness raises concerns about whether the company will last or simply disappear.
Avoid.
