Q: Hi Parker, How can I share a display of Google Sheets using your platform privately?

Can I:

a)use a secret share url link?
b)Username and password?
c)'Magic link' where a user adds an (approved) email and geta magic link to access without login?

Many thanks,

Matt

Currently you would have to share a URL to only the users you want to share with. We are happy to create a custom subdomain to help make this easier. Let us know.

Currently, we do not have a way to set a site private, however, the only users who can access these URLs would need to have the exact subdomain assigned.

Private pages are on our roadmap. Would you prefer to access with a log in or magic link?

Thanks for the reply.

If I had to choose one it would be magic link. Preferably this would be one I could generate and revoke at any time rather than the user have to generate one every time they log in. Ideally in the future I’d like to set permissions on what content can be accessed with the link.

I have an event in July where Sitefast would be a good fit - is it likely to be implemented by then?

Regards,

Matt
