Q: Is 10 codes the maximum allowed?

Our non-profit organisation already has 10 codes.
Is that the maximum allowed or can we add another couple of codes?
Regarding the $29/month add-on -- which includes white label reports and some other features -- is that $29 per site or for the whole account?
From the description I've read at the SiteGuru website, it looks like it applies to the whole account, but just double-checking.
