I have tried many SEO platforms on Appsumo (free trials) and although many had a lot of useful features, the interface was either too cluttered with too much data, or they were lacking features that were important to me.

Siteguru is not the tool that will analyse everything around SEO, but it ticked every box for me and here is why:

1. Easy to understand: Siteguru has all the main features I need without the fluff, and it presents data in a way that is simple, informative and actionable.

2. No more keyword hunting: Siteguru identifies what they call the "low-hanging fruit" which is pretty much keywords we are already ranking near the top, making optimisation a breeze. No more guesswork, just targeted action.

3. Content CPR: Siteguru pinpoints pages needing attention, allowing me to rejuvenate our content and regain ranking momentum. It even shows pages competing for the same keyword. (Keyword cannibalisation) which is super important to us.

4. Goals & To-do list: Site Guru generates goals for each page and keywords, tracks our progress. This is all presented in the form of a to-do list.

5. Reminders: I receive frequent emails for actions I have to take to reach my goals, one at a time. That is invaluable because firstly I didn't get overwhelmed trying to do it all at once and secondly, I feels like I have an SEO expert nudging me and telling me what to do to improve my ranking, one page at a time.

5. Weekly email updates to inform how keywords are ranking.

6. AI powered page title, headings and meta description suggestions. I know meta descriptions are not necessarily what google looks at, but customers do!

7. Heaps of useful features.

Some small negatives:
1. Dashboard is a bit slow for me sometimes (I live in Australia)
2. You can't track multiple competitors (unless you stack more codes to add competitors websites (one per code) into the websites list. Maybe I am wrong, feel free to correct me.

Apologies if my review sounds like a paid promotion. To me Siteguru is what I needed. It is simple, yet powerful and has converted complex SEO into digestible, actionable insights to help improve our rankings. For the price I strongly recommend it. You won't regret it.
