Love it, but I´m disappointed they sneeked in another plan
Hi everyone,
I wanted to write this review because I just found out that Siteguru added an agency plan with white labeling and custom reports. This is quite new and something super nice. I was waiting for these features for some time. However, they didn´t include this for LTD Users. I think that´s not so fair :(
When I bought it, back in 2022, I bought a deal with all future plan updates. I find it so disappointing for LTD users that take a high risk with new tools, that then other plans get introduced. I would love to use the custom reports and frankly, white labeling is something that many Appsumo tools offer for the higher tiers.
Because I like to use their tool, here are some of the advantages of it:
- Great dashboard
- Good To-Do-List
- Easy to understand
- Great support
Please don't let your early investors/users down by introducing higher plans that come with a monthly fee and reconsider to add this feature for LTD users. Then I'll update my rating to 5 stars.

May 20, 2024Thanks for your input. I understand your point of view. We're launching some features for which we'll incur ongoing costs. We can't support that from an LTD.
Since we've launched on AS, we've added a whole lot of new features that were all added to the LTD. Also, we've never removed anything from the LTD. Now, we're launching a couple that are not. This way we can maintain a financially health company, and support our LTD customers for years to come.
