TLDR: Pros of the deal outweigh the cons. If you want a full website solution with email and built in ticketing system, try this service.

Sitejet offers a good little site builder for people that may not find WordPress very easy. I am dogfooding it with a couple of clients and am looking at Sitejet to expand into non-wordpress alternatives for my more DIY client base. I have so far received mostly positive feedback.

I appreciate the non-branded template page I'd like to be able to give the client option to choose their templates, this is a bit of a sticky point I am trying to find a workaround for or, perhaps it's on the roadmap to include in the future.

The servers being only in Germany I am a little dubious about, as I purchased an LTD based in the UK but the speed is so poor, I use it as a website toy box, it's not fast enough for even landing pages with their included CDN, so we'll see how Sitejet ages or if they expand their server offerings to the US.

Customer portal is great. Suitedash has one, so does flowlu, but most positive feedback has been on this one.

I like the finance view, reminds me of flowlu but nice it's all built in.

The email portion of the plan pushed me over the edge, having email as an already added benefit for easy access can be worth the price in and of itself if you compare it to some of the options out there.

I love the fact it can all be branded, still working my way through that, but it looks promising.

I know I am not supposed to really comment on the terms of the deal, but the pros outweigh the cons, I think when you look at the number of email accounts you could get for the price, even if that's all you used it for.
