I had high hopes for this that I could create a workspace for each of my clients and have a drop place as well as maybe links. A dropbox folder so to say that they could also add documents too. I misunderstood because I can't even create multiple workspaces. Maybe next time. It's a great idea though.
I am always looking for ways to make it easier to work with clients, and I was hoping this would be a great way to share files. It's not quite there yet, but hopefully soon it will be. I like the interface and that one could use the filesharing system to receive feedback. As a designer always looking for sign off from clients, this is great!
However, I had a huge issue while using it, and that is that for a few days my entire account seemed to revert to a free account and everything disappeared, files, workspaces, everything. The team responded in a timely manner to my support request and in a day or so it was back up and running with my files and workspaces the way I left them, but I can't really share the links with my clients until I know that's working smoothly.
There were a couple of other minor UI glitches with certain files and the interactivity expected.
I would also love API integration, and/or maybe some other sort of option to be able to log in or FTP into for using the system as a backup with apps that allow that kind of thing.
Otherwise, I'm just using it casually to continue testing. The price point was such that I couldn't justify a refund, and just hope some things get worked out so I can use it with my clients.
After buying an account and playing with it a little, I am convinced that Sizle can become indispensable to my work — one day.
I love single-purpose apps and services. They take an idea and distill it to its most functional form. Sizle does exactly this: it supplants sharing docs over email with a link-based conditional access sharing system. Viewing/downloading documents can be protected with a PIN code. Links can also have expiration time (expire at a fixed future date) and a burn timer (expire a certain amount of time after the recipient has opened it for viewing).
The platform also allows invited parties to accept/decline receiving a document and leave comments. A simple analytics system tells us how many times viewers opened a document, and so on.
There are three reasons I am removing 1 taco:
1. The UI is still buggy here and there
2. I am missing an API (e.g. the ability to upload files, generate sharing links, or respond to trigger events like readers approving or declining a document)
3. Long-term service viability might be a problem.
What we buy via AppSumo is an instance of the Pro plan ($15/mo) with unlimited workspaces and 200GB storage per workspace (hence, unlimited storage). Absent the existence of a fair use policy (I couldn’t find one), there will always be the risk that somebody will abuse the system and run it into the ground because of AWS storage costs.
The only actual limitation of this deal is about the number of users per account (10), and this is the only means to drive MRR from lifetime deal buyers. If one needs more than 10 seats, each one will cost $2/mo extra. If it were up to me, I’d also limit storage space instead, and allow LTD users to pay for more space. This would put the service on a much more solid ground.
That being said, the price of the AppSumo deal is so low it is a very easy purchase. I considered buying several codes to further support the deal, but it can’t really guarantee longevity because of the reasons outlined above. There might come a time when Sizzle users will need to choose if they want to pay to keep using the service. Perhaps I should save my cash for that future moment, because I really like this tool, and I feel I will use it frequently.
It's a great product, and I'm quite happy with its main "share file" feature.
Unfortunately, the file management is not perfect at the moment, but it's a minor flaw that doesn't affect the main features I use. Incidentally, I've heard back from the officials that in 2023, this product will get an even more powerful file management feature!
Apart from the product itself, I am quite satisfied with the speed of the official reply. I believe that this product will be the most competitive product in the market if it continues to improve.

Thank you for your kind review bestpika :) We have some exciting improvements to folder and file sharing coming in the first quarter of 2023!
This is like Dropbox on hardcore Liver King steroids. Basically I'm putting all the delicate information related to my customers in isolated folders and I share the information via the sharing options.
You can share via email, via a unique link, via a public ink.
Clients can then leave reactions, download and print, etc. You can manipulate this via access pin, expiration date and burn timers. You can even collect emails via this. It's a fantastic product.
One request would be to periodically allow the mailing of data. Say for example if I want to share a link with customer a every 1st of the month. This way I can automate the sending of reports, login details, etc.
Anyway. Fantastic product.

A potential gem but can't earn 5 tacos just yet
