There's some things which are not clear and I would like for you to address:

1. I can't find much information about the people who operate your company. The LinkedIn of your CEO's and CTO's seem not developed.

2. You claim you're in the USA. I don't think so. Your whole company seems to be based in Eastern Europe. That's cool, no need to hide it, eastern europeans are some of the best developers and designers in the world. Perhaps the company might be registered in the USA. But you're not based there or are you? I don't care if you're in Russia. I'll support you regardless.

3. Your business developer posted as a customer in the customer testimonial section of your landing page. I'm not sure why you would do that?

4. Your guides and most of the app features say coming soon. Why? When I had to write guides for my SaaS app. About 300 of them. I got it done in one week. Stay up, outsource, drink 3 liters of coffee. Why isn't this done yet? You're a business.

5. You're emailing your customers from a gmail address. Why?

6. Your support sucks. What's your SLA? Tickets shouldn't be hanging on without a response for more than 1 to 3 hours. Customer centric support will make you a winner.

7. I'm still not sure and my trust antennas are all over the place. Your documentation is lacking. Your LinkedIn profiles seem fake or not developed, etc. You're not sure where you're taking this company it seems.

8. I don't know what I am creating because no documentation. How do I know where my assets are stored? How do I update on-going applications. How do I work with clients? How do I do XYZ. Your academy is just saying coming soon. How soon? You been here for 2 weeks on AppSumo. Product Hunt, and the Figma community also have witnessed the launch of your product.

The good...

1. I love your attention to UI. It's a beautiful application.

2. Your idea is really good. Figma to React is a hell of an idea. You got a diamond in your hands if you can make this a success.

3. Your plans make this a cost effective option, and I like how we have total ownership of the applications we create and are not really dependent on Sizze.

4. I think your development team is from Eastern Europe, therefore I trust this application to continue with the highest attention to detail to design principles.

5. You're backed by Codefi. I don't think you'll just disappear out of nowhere now? So you got some initial support. This is good.

6. Figma and React are the future.

For now I'll give you 4 tacos being generous. It should be 3 though... but I think this deal was just rushed. I have faith that you'll turn it around.
