A fantastic tool for testing responsive websites
My personal use case is purely for testing the responsive Wordpress sites I create across different devices to make sure they function correctly and look good. Sizzy saves me time by being able to view the design across these devices all at once! I know these are not 'true' emulations but for my use case just using the user agent for each device is great!
The ability to save the different browsers states for each project I'm working on keeps things organised when working on multiple projects at the same time, and easily being able to switch between them with a few clicks is great. I've only been using Sizzy for a few days but I can already see this being part of my daily workflow, always open on my second monitor!
As mentioned, I currently only use the different device browsers for testing the user experience for websites I create, but it looks like if you're a 'real' developer, you can do so much more with their dev tools and API bits and bobs, I'm probably only using a small part of what Sizzy has to offer!
If you're a web developer I believe Sizzy is certainly worth your time and hard earned money!
It's worth mentioning, as highlighted in another review, this is NOT a replacement for your normal browser, this is really only to be used for web development/testing.
Thanks Kitze and AppSumo!
