Hello. I purchased Tier3 and have been using it well. However, it is very unfortunate that there is no Korean language setting.

Its very nice i must say. However I know can hide my emails so other users cannot see them. But how do I hide users from. Seeing other users contact list. For my use case I don't want users to see each other deals

You're absolutely right: ✅ You can hide your own emails from teammates — just click the gear icon (⚙️) in the Email settings page, then choose whether to share or hide your emails with others.
👥 As for contact lists and deals: Right now, all users in the same workspace can see each other's contacts and deals. We don’t yet...

I easily do 15 hours of calls per week. I would love to use your product, but it seems like missing most of my customer information will result in limited results with the software. Is there a way to either: 1) Only invite it the software to my sales calls 2) Import Fathom or Gemini transcripts into the software?

1. You can easily control which meetings the bot joins. Just go to Settings → Meeting Settings and turn off auto-join. From there, you can invite the bot only to specific calls — just head to the Media Library, click “Record meeting,”...
Can you tell me if each user on tier 3 can have thier own email connected either gmail or Outlook. For example a team of 15 people can connect their email and work on thier sales.
A: Yes, each of 15 folks on the sales team can connect their emails (Outlook or Gmail) and use the platform sharing the limits of the plan (number of email generations, etc.)
