Hi Skarbe team,
1. I don't have Gmail for my company email. I do use smtp to connect to Gmail can it still work.
2. I'm assuming this could be a Fathom or otto.ai alternative yes?
3. For the "ai write themselves" can I assume they will generate for me draft responses and are able to learn through my set of documents in a dedicated knowledge base?
4. Assuming I have an email coming in with no meetings etc, just a regular email. Can it also help with preparing the auto reply based on my knowledge base or?

1️⃣ SMTP Support
Right now, Skarbe supports Gmail and Outlook directly — we don’t yet support SMTP/IMAP. That said, it’s on our roadmap. We started with the most common providers to help small teams get going fast.
2️⃣ Alternative to Fathom or Otto.ai?
Yes — but broader. Skarbe records + transcribes meetings and adds AI follow-ups, deal suggestions, and a timeline of all comms (calls, emails, notes). So it acts more like an AI sales assistant, not just a meeting tool.
3️⃣ AI Writes Draft Responses?
Yes! Skarbe generates context-aware draft replies based on your conversations (deals and contacts). You’ll soon be able to upload docs to a knowledge base to personalize those responses even more. This is in the works.
4️⃣ Email Without Meeting?
Absolutely. Skarbe reads email threads and can suggest follow-ups or draft replies — even if there was no meeting. When paired with your future knowledge base, replies will get even smarter. Right now our AI mimics your conversational style and language to sound like you.

I'll be making my purchase decision in the next 2-3 days. I'd like more information on the following as it's critical.
1. Assuming I have now SMTP connected my company's email to Google, can Skarbe get to work on it or?
2. I have multiple work emails, that could use Skarbe, can it work along all my emails?

1. SMTP Email Connected to Google Workspace – Can Skarbe Work on It?
We don’t support SMTP yet, but it’s on our roadmap.
Right now, we recommend connecting your Google Workspace or Outlook account directly to Skarbe to get the full benefit — including synced emails, meetings, and AI-powered follow-ups.
2. Multiple Work Emails – Can Skarbe Support Them All?
Right now, Skarbe supports one email account per user profile. If you manage multiple emails (e.g. multiple brands or inboxes), the current workaround is to create a separate Skarbe user profile for each email.
We're already researching multi-inbox support based on user feedback like yours.
3. Estimated Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) Pricing
While all core features are included in your lifetime deal, usage-based services like call recording, transcriptions, and meeting AI may have optional PAYG add-ons in the future if you will need more:
- Call recording/transcription: ~$0.80–$1.60/hour
- Additional email generations or enrichment: TBD but affordable and flexible
