Q: Disconnect not working, team, no syncing with Hubspot
We emailed tech support and havent' heard back. We have 2 users and purchased Tier 3. Each users is supposed to be able to connect their accounts and sync correct? We purchased google workspace just to use with your app since you dont provide SMPT. Now, when we try to disconnect so we can reconnect it doesn't do anything. It's connected to our gmail, so we need this to work.
Also, I did like your bot. it answered questions and was very informative.

Just wanted to confirm that the Gmail disconnection and syncing issue has been fully fixed.
You reached out on July 11 at 9:44 PM, and the fix was shipped on July 12 at 1:47 AM, so it took us 4 hours to resolve everything.
You’re right: on Tier 3, both users should be able to connect their Gmail accounts and sync individually and that flow is now working as expected again. If you try disconnecting/reconnecting now, it should go through properly.
Really appreciate your patience and the fact that you even got Google Workspace just to integrate more smoothly means a lot to us. We’re still a small team but doing our best to ship fast and keep improving every week.
Also: if you’d like early access to SMTP/IMAP support coming later this month.
