Q: Limit clarification on features not mentioned

You’ve developed an appealing concept. Since some important limitations aren’t mentioned (“hidden”) in the deal description, I took the time to read through all the comments and want to make sure my understanding is correct before purchasing:

1) Workspaces: Each tier includes one workspace.
2) Sales Pipelines: T1 = 1; T2 = 2; T3+ = unlimited.
3) Users: Unlimited users in every tier.
4) Communication channels:
4a) Email: Only Gmail and Outlook supported. One email address per service per user. IMAP/SMTP is planned — how many email addresses per user will be allowed then?
4b) WhatsApp: ETA? Any extra cost?
4c) Telegram?
5) Do you store customer/company records within Skarbe? You mention integrations with external tools like Hubspot. But if I don’t currently use an external CRM, is Skarbe sufficient to manage customer records on its own?

A: Hey Mrio! Thanks for the thoughtful breakdown, you’ve got most of it right, and I’m happy to clarify a few things:

✅ Workspaces: Correct — each code unlocks one workspace. If you need separate workspaces (e.g., for separate businesses), each needs its own license.

✅ Sales Pipelines: Yes — Tier 1 includes 1 pipeline, Tier 2 includes 2, and Tier 3+ gives you unlimited pipelines.

✅ Users: Unlimited users across all tiers.

Communication Channels:

Email (Gmail & Outlook): Correct — currently one Gmail + one Outlook per user.

IMAP/SMTP: Coming end of July. Plan is to allow multiple inboxes per user (Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP/SMTP), but availability/limits hasn't been defined yet.

WhatsApp: On the roadmap, top priority. ETA not yet confirmed. May require an external integration, we will share more details in Skarbe Discord.

Telegram: Not planned for now, but open to use cases. Feel free to share yours in our Discord!

Customer Records: Yes — Skarbe stores your customer and company data natively, it can ernich both contact and company data and works best without CRM. It actually can be your standalone CRM. HubSpot now is used mainly to import data and is optional.

If you have more questions or want to co-create with us, jump into our Discord - https://discord.gg/skarbe. We’re building this product alongside our users and your feedback really helps shape what’s next.

Thanks again for checking everything so thoroughly!
