Q: Limitations on hours

I easily do 15 hours of calls per week. I would love to use your product, but it seems like missing most of my customer information will result in limited results with the software. Is there a way to either:
1) Only invite it the software to my sales calls
2) Import Fathom or Gemini transcripts into the software?

A: Thanks so much for the thoughtful question, you're right, capturing the full picture of your calls is key to getting value from Skarbe.

Here’s how it works:

1. You can easily control which meetings the bot joins. Just go to Settings → Meeting Settings and turn off auto-join. From there, you can invite the bot only to specific calls — just head to the Media Library, click “Record meeting,” paste the meeting link, and the bot will join and record that session.

If you'd prefer something more automatic but still selective, there’s an option to record only external meetings by default — that way, your internal calls are skipped.

2. Already using Fathom or Gemini? You can manually upload transcripts, audio, or video files into Skarbe, and they’ll be analyzed just like live recordings — with summaries, follow-ups, and deal suggestions.

We’re also exploring direct integrations with popular call recorders, so that part will get even smoother soon.
