Q: Number of emails and IMAP & SMTP Integration / Workspaces /Teammates / Stage / ZOOM & Google Meet call recordings

Two more quick questions:
1)Emails:
a)How many different emails can be used Tier? (intending to use 3)
b)Is IMAP & SMTP integration on track by August?
c)Can Skarbe still read and extract relevant details from IMAP/SMTP emails? Any limitations compared to gmail?
2)Workspace/Projects
a)I presume this deal is 1 workspace?
b)Can we have multiple 'projects' (i.e low offer, high offer) inside 1 workspace?
3)Teammates
a)How many team mates per tier?
b)Can we set permissions per user (i.e project access/ability to send emails etc)?
General
4)Does/will Skarbe move contacts automatically into a new stage (i.e Lead > Closed) etc?
5)Does Skarbe act as a meeting recorder for ZOOM/Google Meet (like Fathom) and sync back to the contact? Can meetings be setup in Skarbe and synced to Google Calendar and ZOOM/Google Meet?

Emails
a) Right now, you can connect one Gmail and one Outlook inbox per account. Support for multi-inbox (including 3+ emails) is coming in a few weeks.
b) Yes, IMAP & SMTP support is planned for end of July.
c) Yes — once we release it, Skarbe will extract data from IMAP/SMTP emails too. The only limitation is that some metadata might be less rich than Gmail/Outlook APIs, but you'll still get timeline + insights. This one is in development now - so you can join our discord to learn more details.
Workspaces / Projects
a) Yes, AppSumo deals cover 1 workspace per code.
b) Inside a workspace, you can organize by pipelines or tags — many users use this for multiple offers or flows. Multi-workspace support exists, but each is licensed separately.
Teammates
a) All tiers and subscriptions have unlimited users.
b) Permission settings are basic for now — shared access to all data, while you can hide your inbox from the team or share it in settings. Granular controls (send access, visibility, etc.) are on our roadmap.
Stages / Automation
AI-based deal suggestions and pipeline automation (like auto-moving stages) is something we are looking into. You’ll start seeing "convert contact to deal" prompts at some point as the first step towards more automation.
Meeting Recordings & Sync
Yes! Skarbe records Zoom & Google Meet, MS teams - transcribes them, and links them back to the contact/deal timeline.
