Q: Team Seats
If I go with your tier 4 or 5 how many team members can be added.... and the workflow would be unique for the entire org or specifc to individual person/seat ?
and what about the emails, only one can see his/her email conversation or all will be able to see the conversation?
what happens if someone replaces in the team... Can I assign one's seat with the older conversation to another person with a different email?
I am looking to purchase.....the above needs to addressed for me to take an informed decision.

There’s no limit on team members in any tier, and we don’t charge per seat. You can add as many users as needed.
🧠 Personalized AI for Each User
Skarbe’s suggestions and automation are personalized for each user — based on their own emails, calls, and conversations. So each team member gets next-step suggestions tailored to their workflow.
📬 Email Visibility & Privacy
By default, email conversations are shared across the team — like a shared inbox, ideal for small sales teams.
But each user can choose to make their emails private in settings if needed. This gives flexibility between transparency and confidentiality.
🔄 Replacing a Team Member
If someone leaves the team, and you have access to their corporate email address, you can:
- Reassign the email to a new user, or
- Add a new email/user and forward existing conversations to that address.
This ensures continuity without losing context.
- Skarbe will have all those conversations connected to specific contacts/ deals anyway.
