Q: When it comes to follow ups
1. With every follow up, do we have to approve the draft reply that the AI has or can we set it's completely automatic?
2. Can we train the AI to follow up and make sales emails not based on any calls or virtual meetings but solely on inbound email inquiries ?

Follow-ups — Right now, the AI prepares drafts that you review before sending. Full automation (sending without approval) is on our roadmap. We're being careful to get it right, as we know follow-ups are sensitive, so before this will be introduced AI should be able to make a good judgment based on previous performance. For now there should be a human in the loop.
Inbound-only follow-ups — Yes, that’s exactly what we’re building toward. Even if you haven’t had a meeting or call, Skarbe can analyze the context of the email and suggest, genertae a personalized reply.
