Q: Workspaces and Future?
Is it possible to keep multiple workspaces in one account? I have multiple separate offers that I would like to keep separate - Is that possible within Skarbe?
I'm also very curious to hear about possible future prospects. Where do you see Skarbe in a year or two? As I understand, you're from Belarus - do you foresee any challenges arising from the growing tensions between Europe and Russia? Is this something you're actively navigating? I hope my question isn't offensive; I'm only trying to understand, as I know Belarus is in a difficult position between the two.

Jul 4, 2025A: Hey Victoria, great questions — and thanks for your thoughtfulness.
Yes, you can manage multiple workspaces within one Skarbe account. Just click your workspace name in the bottom left corner and select “Add Workspace.” This way you can keep separate projects or businesses cleanly divided. Just note: we charge per workspace, not per user, so each workspace is billed separately.
As for the future — we’re building Skarbe to replace outdated CRMs with something radically simpler and smarter, especially for founders and small teams. Our goal over the next year or two is to fully automate deal tracking and follow-ups with a lightweight, AI-powered mobile first co-pilot that feels more like a teammate than a tool.
And on the personal side — yes, we're originally from Belarus, but based in Poland, US, Estonia and Mexico and our company is incorporated in the U.S. and Poland. Our team is remote and international, all expats - nobody lives in Belarus for last 4-5 years. We're deeply committed to building in a stable and secure environment — and while we’re aware of the geopolitical landscape, it’s not affecting operations or plans.

Thank you so much for your answer ☺️
Regarding the workspaces—does this mean we would need to purchase multiple Skarbe AppSumo Tiers to have multiple workspaces? Or how does that work?
You're very welcome, Victoria and thanks again for your thoughtful approach 😊
Yes, that's correct: each workspace operates as a separate entity, so you would need a separate AppSumo code (or plan) for each one.
We designed it this way to keep things clean for users who manage multiple businesses but without charging per seat.
