Your Sales Assistant That Helps You Stay on Top of Prospective Deals

Purchased once, but refunded it since I am a big sales and marketing analytical guy, and this is the main area lacking with Skarbe. Aside from this, I'm a big fan, so I ended up repurchasing it after realizing what I had been missing. Even if you have an established CRM to manage clients, Skarbe can act as a prospect management solution, helping you stay on top of any prospective clients and deals. Excited to see where they take this beauty!

Super Simple and Helpful Tool

I started using Skarbe from AppSumo and I really like it! It was super easy to set up — I just connected my Gmail and calendar, and it automatically pulled in all my emails and meetings.
I’ve never been a fan of big, complicated CRMs. Skarbe is perfect for me because it helps track leads and follow-ups without any extra effort. It feels like having a mini assistant that reminds me who to follow up with and when.

The interface is clean and easy to use. I had a couple of questions, and their support team responded quickly and was very helpful.

Some features, like sending emails from your own domain, are still in the pipeline — but even now, it works really well for what I need.

Digital sales room to manage and showcase offers

I am slowly falling in love with Skarbe

It is a good piece of software and it is growing on me, the more I use it the more I fall in love.
The software is very simple to use. But under the bonnet is a very powerful software.
What makes it such a good piece of software is that it is made for you to make sales.
Not do 101 other jobs, which you get with other CRM/Email/xxx.
The team behind Skarbe seem to be dedicated to making it a top software 10/10.
This is worth it!

Gold......Pure Gold! .....

SCARBE is an absolute game changer when it comes to managing prospect pipeline. It not only helps me to track the conversations with the clients, but also provides powerful suggestions and serves as a very good reminder for what to do next.

SCARBE is like an assistant that helps me at a very deep level by providing a summary of context of all the interactions with each of the prospects which greatly helps to take the conversation further. I have started using it beyond the client win so that I can upsell and cross-sell other services and solutions to my clients once they have started working with us.

The support has been fantastic. I have approached Mikita quite a few times through app support and I have always received very detailed and helpful responses.

Suggestions for Improvement:
- Team Management: More robust team management within the platform.
- Email Filing: Emails should be filed not as one continuous document, but as folders.
- Selective Email Sharing: An option to selectively share emails from an inbox, because I do not want all my emails to be shared with my team members. I selectively want to share only the emails that I do want others to see.
- For Outlook, authorisation needs to be manually done but once Skarbe is authorised, this problem will go away..

If these features are implemented, SCARBE will be one of the best tools of its kind that can save you so much time and act as your personal assistant who does not sleep, does not take holidays, and helps you 24/7. As a LTD this offers unbeatable value, so grab it while you can.

Excellent product

I don't often leave reviews but this tool is genius, especially for technical founders who lack sales or marketing skills... or just plain dont have time to fuss with meeting notes, CRMs, and follow ups. This isn't just a meeting assistant, the CRM connects to Hubspot, so it automatically updates Hubspot (we're on free tier) without the founder doing anything.

In our case I handle marketing but he's the subject matter expert doing most of the zoom calls for now. I can spend time doing everything else to manage leads and sales by we almost literally have a new employee called Skarbe. The templates, the transcripts with timestamps that take you to that exact moment in the video... our founder was floored. He appreciated the sales call feedback and will work on the recommendations. We also have the meeting summary that seems like it'll connect to CRM so we have that in the contact record.

DOWNSIDE that almost made us not purchase was the SMTP thing. Supposedly it's coming late July 2025 but the way around it is to use outlook or google workspace. We will now have automated follow up from a profession email domain until they implement their solutions. There NO REASON to avoid this with the money back guarantee. In our case, we signed up for the free trial on their site an immediately upgraded to Tier 3. Onboarding and integrations were amazingly easy. Wow. Get it today. Now.
