Super Simple and Helpful Tool
I started using Skarbe from AppSumo and I really like it! It was super easy to set up — I just connected my Gmail and calendar, and it automatically pulled in all my emails and meetings.
I’ve never been a fan of big, complicated CRMs. Skarbe is perfect for me because it helps track leads and follow-ups without any extra effort. It feels like having a mini assistant that reminds me who to follow up with and when.
The interface is clean and easy to use. I had a couple of questions, and their support team responded quickly and was very helpful.
Some features, like sending emails from your own domain, are still in the pipeline — but even now, it works really well for what I need.

Twilio integration for SMS and WhatsApp follow-ups
Digital sales room to manage and showcase offers
PDF invoice generator for customer billing — a must-have for solo founders and small teams
