I would like to ask for clarification regarding your data retention policies. Specifically, I would like to know whether files and materials uploaded to your platform are stored in any form even after they have been deleted by the user.
Additionally, could you confirm whether any data provided by users, including uploaded files and text inputs, are used to train or improve AI models such as ChatGPT, Claude?
These data and all interactions with your system, are saved?
It's the tool GDPR compliant?

Mar 20, 2025A: Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. We understand the importance of data privacy, and we want to assure you that we do not use any user data, including uploaded files and text inputs, to train any AI modelsānow or in the future.
Additionally, when you delete your data from Skimming AI, it is completely removed from all storage locations, including cloud storage and vector databases. We do not retain any copies.
Currently, Skimming AI is not GDPR-compliant, but we are actively working towards compliance in the coming months after delivering key updates for our users.
