The platform is fully live, in active development, and used by thousands of people every day. We recently shipped a major redesign along with restored credits, API keys for every plan, and a new Team feature.

Login issues like this are usually one of a few quick fixes:

1. Make sure you're signing in at skimming.ai/signin with the same method you originally used (Google sign-in vs. email/password — mixing them up is the most common cause)
2. Try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito window — our redesign changed the app, and old cached files can interfere
3. If you used email/password, try a password reset
